Our facility accepts most major insurance plans. Please call your health insurance carrier to see if we are providers for your plan. and be sure to bring your insurance ID card(s) with you for each visit.

Billing
Full payment is expected at the time of service for all charges not covered by insurance carriers with which the facility is not contracted to accept. Payment can be made with cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMex), and in-state checks (with proper ID). Please have your Insurance card with you at your appointment or you will be charged in full for services rendered. Please read more about our Financial Policies.
